NEPA CrossFit places your comfort and enjoyment above all else, which is why we schedule a private one-on-one consult before we ever put on our workout shoes.  We want to sit down and get to know you and your needs to see if we are a proper fit for each other.  After, we schedule three* private one-on-one sessions where your Coach will assess your needs and teach you the proper form to be injury free and help introduce you slowly to high intensity workouts.  You will be able to participate in a fun learning environment and see how it all works without the worry of moving heavy weights or other people.

*A minimum of three private sessions.  It may be decided for safety and comfort that additional private training is needed before moving into the group setting.
