In short, CrossFit is a belief that workouts do not have to last two hours to be effective, that you can get the best workout of your life in as little as ten minutes.

Using functional movements (no machines, just your body) performed at high intensity you can get a great workout in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.  No more hours of hitting the weights only to be followed by another hour on the treadmill. CrossFit moves beyond the distinction between ‘strength’ and ‘cardio’ to give you workouts that are as fun as they are challenging.  No workout is ever the same so there is no worry of the same old boring routine.

NEPA CrossFit uses small, intimate classes taught by highly trained professionals to get you all of the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost.  We also offer two different types of workouts during every scheduled class, each with their own trainer.
